The Fondue ToGo package design translates elements from the world of Modern Swiss Design and draws inspiration from wooden boxes used to produce and sell cheese in order to preserve the product's culinary and cultural status and it's origin. The recyclable wood serves also as a thermal isolation material which keeps the product hot and the consumer safe. The hole in the narrow part helps with the opening of the package and serves as a grip point. The integral fork drawing hole is also used as a vapors exit and the lid can be placed below the container for reuse.
